My hubby just got e EM certification after joining GR for only 4 mths. And the certificate stated its for e term until 31 Jul 2013. Our gal is born Y2007 & due for P1 reg Y2013. So anything is possible & it does not have to be in ordinary for 1 yr before promoted to EM.

For clarity, please advise:-
1. How long did the screening took before your DH was invited to attend meeting as observer ?

2. The EM certificate is dated 4 months from joining GR ?

Hi Jav- can you pm me also. Which GRC do you belong? My ds is going to register in 2015 so if the period takes to convert observer to EM is short eg. Less than 1 year- then I will join later.

It's not always to get the promotion in such shorter period. You still have a lot of time. Suggest u to call your RC / NC to check when is the term of appointment & how long to take for the promotion

It's possible if one exhibits commitment and high contribution. I was confirmed in 2 months back in 2005.

May Active Community Leaders can direct enroll via phase 2B if compare with Parent Volunteer?

Both GRL and PV will be in P2B. No differential treatment
