It has never changed, one must be EM for 1 year. But you got to add in time from register to start as observer (may take 1-3 months as PA quite slow on this and also need screening on your background), then time from observer to EM (may take 6 to 12 months). So it's still more than a year, usually needs at least 2 yrs (on safe side) if you are the \"on\" type, else may take longer or even terminate even before becoming EM if you're the sleeping type.

Yes parent volunteer of the school, church/clan members and grassroots leaders are all in same Phase 2B.

No. Anyone can serve at MPS without joining any GROs. Usually they will try to persuade you to join party when you serve at MPS as MPS is run by branch party members.

But it is almost impossible to get help from Clan Association. They only asking for free labour. I tried.

Do note that helping out at MPS does not entitle you to any privilege such as P2B. It's simply volunteerism.

so do we have to serve at the GRC we live in which do not have the choice school we want? or can serve at another GRC with the choice school we have in mind (but only stay within 1km from choice school)?
