a) Residing in the Designated Zone.
b) Eligible to hold office in the committee & able to vote.

Associate member -
a) Not residing in the Designated Zone.
b) Not eligible to hold office in the committee & no voting right.

Important thing is - \"Associate Members shall be entitled to all the benefits similar to those enjoyed by an Executive Member\", eg: P2b in P1 registration.

When are we allowed to change our address after P1 registration? I have a noisy neighbour and thinking of moving within 2 km of the school. There was no balloting required within 2 km during the P1 registration. Do you think it will be allowed by MOE?

Within 2km, no need to ballot for 2B. On the website.

Very subjective. I am a GRL and PV. It really depends on the GRC and School. It is equally fun to volunteer as a GRL and PV.

But you must really have a lot of flexible time to spare.
