So far the PA staff and the CD in my area don't know leh. If information disseminate among staff in order, whole CC singapore should be aware.
Instead the CD asked me 'how do i know, who gave the info'. So unprofessional Director.
In American firm, this type of staff will be sack. PA is very accomodating indeed. -
Hi all,
How can one join RC/NC? Appreciate all your advises.
Thanks! -
I am an Observer since last year September. Just wondering how does one converted to EM? Is it an automated process? Or, Chairman will need to submit for approval on EM status. Thanks.

It is not an automatic process. Your chairman will need to get the CM to process the conversion. Adviser needs to approve & sign too. -
sorry just to check, from Sep till now, can ask to convert from observer to EM already?
I dont know what is the norm, but I also started almost then.
Not sure what is the norm period so that I can pop the question. -

Do you think you have contributed substantially during this period? If so, feel free to check with your chairman. Of course it also depends on whether the RC has reach its max. EM quota (30).sorry just to check, from Sep till now, can ask to convert from observer to EM already?
