Doesn't matter where you GRL at. Residence must be same GRC as school. Nan Hua under Jurong GRC. Check your postcode below if you stay same GRC. But make sure your GRL (observer not counted) at least 2 years by 30-Jun of the registration year.

Both ACSJ and ACSP are TP GRC. Check if your post code is the same below.
