My child will be registering for Primary school in 2023, our bto in tampines is ready only next year and we will move there.
Any advise on how should I join the GRC in Tampines? Will they accept me as I’m currently not living in Tampines…

Now its July 2021 so may be a bit too late for this route.

Hi, checking with the seniors here. At what point do we produce the letter of eligibility to the school? Do we need to upload it into the system during registration or sending it to the school after registration.

hi guys! new to the forum. just like to find out if there is a quota for community leaders. i’m registering my daughter under phase 2b as a parent volunteer. school has 33 spots for this phase and there are 20 parent volunteers (not sure if all will apply). so just wondering if we may end up having to ballot if loads of community leaders gonna be applying. got to start considering other options if can’t get in under this phase.

U can prepare a 2C school just in case. Likely you have no other options under 2B anyway.

thanks for the info! we live within 1km from the school. you mean within this phase, there is also priority to people within 1km? we do have a backup option, but it is a girl school and we much prefer to send her to a mix school!

Yes, in all phases, distance priority kicks in whenever number of applicants > number of seats.[/quote]Thanks for the info! i guess we are quite safe then! pretty sure within the parents volunteers and community leaders leaders not all of them will be living within 1km!
