That could be too late to apply PV for SCGS…


If you have already served the GRC before the change, like the few parents here, i think they are still waiting to see whether any exceptions could be granted…like someone mentioned in one earlier post, it is not a situation of all lost grounds…

If you read channelnewsasia or the newspapers, it says that these new electoral boundaries only apply when the elections begin. These changes would have an impact as to which grc/smc which we will vote in come election day.

At this point in time, we still don't know when the parliament will be dissolved and the writ of elections issued and it may only be done after June which is after the certification (for GRL) in June? The govt still has 6 months from now to call for the GE.

Hi, pls see my earlier post. I have the same thinking as you initially. I have contacted Election Dept and was told that the changes will take immediate effect upon PM's acceptance, with or without GE.
