If they are not within 1km at phase 2b, no point try at phase 2c, no chance to ballot at all.

what happens is not successfull at 2b for whatever reason, is it possible to register for the same school for 2c?

yes, but face the same balloting issue, and better be within 1 km

I have been reading this thread daily to see if there's a need for me to waste $1K for nyps alumni. Looking at the statistics, I think 2A2 is very safe :lol: But if it's CHS, better apply man!
