Pastry must be crispy, not hard…the egg custard must be soft and sweet but yet not overly sweet. If possible, size should be cute. Somehow, food that is made in small portion entices me. Oh yes, the aroma of egg tart.

From the pics, Peach Gdn egg tarts seem to be breaking up with the slightest touch, Imperial Treasures one more steady looking.
I like the ones from a pastry shop at People's Park Complex Food Centre. Bet Tankee cant find a pic of the egg tart from this shop
