haha, for Ai Tong, you should live within 1 km, do PV, as well as join the SHHK ..... talking about being kiasu!

You mean, even within 1km and do PV, without SHHK letter, also not be safe?
unfortunately, we are not Hokkien.... 😞

Don't be confused by vk2010...he's just exaggerating.

SHHK and PV both fall into 2B, having either one is good enough.[/quote]Yes, either one will qualify u to 2B. Having both will not increase your chance or move u to earlier phase.

the idea of PV within 1 km + SHHK is to double insure ma, super kiasu to the extreme

actually for parents who are willing to move house to get the school, then there will be more choices. think out of the box, man ! 一不做, 二不休

            remember 孟母三迁?

am I stirring up extreme kiasuism ? lol

if i interpret this correctly it should mean - if there is a connection then no problem, if there is no connection then there is problem

              am i right?

Well, Sadove, moving house is also no guarantee... I moved to Upp Thomson (1km of CHS) in 2006 in preparation for my son's P1 reg (kiasu rite?), can go Phase 2B, Catholic etc...

Look at the number of places left. I don't know if I should even ballot for 9 stingy places... plus flood in Upp Thomson some more...

Think I will move out of this area if I can't get into CHS or Ai Tong...sigh

All I can say is, at this moment, I wish I had a husband who attended CHS or Ai Tong or any good school!

Is Upp. Thomson within 1km of CHS? I stay right next to CHS and ATS is already more than 1km from my place.
