hihi, does anyone here have the link to KCPPS' previous years' results, especially the top scorer and the mean aggregate for PSLE scores?
I don't have any link but based on my memory,

Without the GEP system, I'm sure every school is capable of producing top students. Every year, a number of these top pupils get transferred out at P4 to GEP. Would you then fault the school for not being able to produce top students?
Also, we have to look at the \"demographics\" of the students from the schools. Where do these students come from? What is their background? Do majority of the students go for enrichment at \"top\" tuition centres?
Each year's PSLE is different, with the top scorer of the entire cohort differing by sizeable margins in their T-score.
Base your choice on factors such as distance, culture of the school, etc.
By the way, I'm in no way promoting KCPPS. I've seen the school gone through much changes for the last 8 years. There are things which i'm not happy with but I'm still registering my DD3 there for P1. Simply because it is convenient for us. Saves a lot of time. I believe very much still boils down to the kind of support that the family renders to the child. Also the ability and drive of the child is a factor for consideration too. And most important, despite some issues which i'm not happy with, my kids are (were) happy there.

It seems that many students who are in KCPPS enjoy their time there. That is an important consideration to me. I want my kids to enjoy learning.
Anyone know whether all in 2B usually get into KCPPS regardless of distance? We are >2km -

Thanks Zeemimi. I also thought so based on the balloting history but just wanted to be sure that it wasn’t a case where no balloting but got cut-off for a certain proximity.

Im aware of looking at average scores, not only top scorers. Estate around bishan would be considered more neighbourhood?
