Not true, my ex classmate's son went to service. I don't think they want the parents to congregate.

There are some books in section A that can be founding in Popular and it's slightly cheaper.
Section B is stated compulsory. But I'm curious why do our kids need a earpiece with microphone.
Section C seems to things that we can do away with. If I can find the staedtler stuffs cheaper at the upcoming Popular fair, I'll opt out.
