Hi, I have 2 kids in P2 and P4.

I had a frustrating experience with the bus operator( not the driver… but e company)
My total bus fee has increased from $210 to $280 !
Then I realized that they had based the distance as >10km when the actual distance is only 7km.
Many emails flew around and I can only conclude that the company is arrogant, rude, non customer service.
I think the problem is that these companies are the sole operator and there is nothing we can do.

Hi, are you referring to the school's appointed bus operator? I experienced similar problems with them and switched to another bus operator, the 'unofficial' one. I have been using them for a couple of years. I run into some issues with them occasionally, but they do try to respond reasonably. Yes, they will take up former ITE @ Amk, but only 2 years if I am not wrong.

Thanks for the feedbacks. Currently my boy is with Berries as well but think will just sign up for it as well to let him adapt to school environment easier...

Problem is the HYPY class is NOT at school. Think it is at somewhere in Katong.
