I called school and the assistant VP revealed that might start to move mid year depends on the work.
So did they clarify on the moving dates? Are they moving in 2013 or 2015? -
The letter can be found at the event of the website. It states 2016 jan at new town. She said likely mid 2015 moved depends on the work done lor
