Checked with my child (1/3) form teacher yesterday that if assembly is before PE according to timetable. Then must wear formal school uniform to school and then later change to PE shirt.

        Hi P1 mummies,

Been reading about you people asking about the changing of uniforms. For P1 children, they only need to do it on Tuesdays. If PE is before recess, wear PE attire from home and change into school uniforms during recess and if PE us after recess, wear uniform and change later.

On other days the school allows you to wear PE attire the whole day. It's only after they reach P3 onwards, would some teachers enforce the rule. But then it depends on individual teachers, ds teacher in P4 has not yet started enforcing the rule while dd's teacher in same level insists on two sets of uniforms daily.

        Hope this helps.

I read through the orientation handbook again yest and it stated that from wk 1-3 they are allow to wear PE attire to sch and return home in their PE attire also. From wk 4 onwards they must bring/wear their uniform accordingly on every Tues. So I did not let my girl bring her uniform to school today. Can anyone confirm this? Need to know if she needs to bring the uniform next Tues....

Two sets of uniform daily? Meaning everyday has to put one set of uniform in the bag?

kiwiger, same like you, I followed the instructions in the handbook and let her wear PE attire for whole of today. She didn't mention any instructions from the teacher on the uniform. But we saw her ex-K2 classmate from class 1/3 wearing the school uniform this morning. Perhaps that was specifically requested by the form teacher of that class.

I let my son wear his uniform and packed the PE attire. After I iron the uniform so smartly a bit waste to crumple in bag…

Quite relieved that according to her class timetable her PE on Tuesdays is the last session of the day. Else I can't imagine how untidy she will be as she perspires easily.
