So only for P6 lah..[/quote]I think there is also a selection test for p4. Those selected could choose to attend Maths Olympiad class conducted by external vendor Yap Peck Hoon. But the class is considered enrichment, not CCA. I am not sure about P5 though. There are also classes by Maths Hub and Maths Oasis according to the Enrichment Programmed list, if you are interested.
there was a selection test last week. only 20 p6 were selected.8228:

Was dropping off DD at gate C this morning.
When the first car stopped in front of gate C, I (3rd car) also let my DD off but no action , no sound from 2nd car.
After the first car drove off, the second car slowly rolled forward 3m(!) to let his kid off! :slapshead:
What a stupid, selfish @ss!! :stupid: -
Yah... These people r so selfish... Always causing a jam.. I kanna from one car in front of me too last week.. The car in front had 2 kids getting off and must go to the back of the car to grab their violin and dunno what else.. Why cannot put next to the child in the front so that they can just grab the stuff and get off the car quickly? Seen mums who must sit at the back with the child and get off first then let kid out and kiss good bye then go to the front seat! :stompfeet:
I always remind Ds to stand by once we turn in from the main rd.. Once we tell him to go, he will have everything he needs and get off fast.. That shd not be difficult right for anyone ? :? -

totally agree. same thing happens at gate A too. in fact, i think up to 6 or 7 cars (along the school side at King's Road) could let the children get off safely at the same time. why can't the children walk a few more steps?? then the traffic will be super smooth. maybe the school should get a few students/parent volunteers etc. to open the doors for those parents during the peak 20 - 30 minutes. anyone knows the person in charge that we could talk to? for my children, they prefer getting off at Queen's Rd.Was dropping off DD at gate C this morning.

I hate those who park their cars at King's Rd and go into school to fetech their children after school or at 4 pm. one or two selfish drivers like them (usually are the same few drivers) could jam up the whole road. maybe we should start taking photo and post them here? -

Probably why Mrs Lee is sometimes on the driveway opening car doors. To force the kids out.
Could this be why there are so many obese kids around? -
I think it can be seened from many of the replies that , quite a few us are concious and aware of our actions. I just wish that there are more.
Sad, but this is how our society has become.
I wonder if those road blocks are even aware of their actions. If they are, they surely do not give a hoot about others.
Any one noticed a dark colour beemer, during school dismissal hour, back gate, many times, parked along double yellow lines, at spots that blocks the traffic, sometimes for 15-20 mins… S----99B -
Perhaps school should educate through the children and get the children to tell their parents the inconvenience they are causing to others.
Otherwise, blanket ban on cars entering school compound. Let the traffic build up and that will force them to drop kids along the road and let them exercise a bit and build their leg muscles…haha! Also, if traffic gets out of control, traffic police will be force to come in and take over. -
Hi Parents
Your DD /DS has collected their monitor badges?
Assistant Monitor also has badges?

Haha! Seen many times, that car. But do be careful. Once a lady honked him many times, until he finally moved off. then when he moved off he intentionally jammed on his brake for no reason. Lucky her reaction was fast or she would have rammed into his back.
