Not true. Last year, none show up during orientation. I have not met any vendor in the school yet.
When your child go for P1 orientation day, many enrichment vendors will be there, waiting eagerly to distribute their pamphlets to P1 parents, explain to parents what their enrichment is all about, how your child going to benefit from it, etc. -
The year before last year : the vendors turned up.
So last year, changed.
Sorry about that -
Do you all know how they allocate the P1 classes in Nyps? Is it by phase like some other schools?

No worries. I was told school didn't arrange vendors to show up. Hopefully vendors are coming this year. The year before last year : the vendors turned up.

No. Allocation is randomly. 15 boys and 15 girls, as equal as possible. -

A list stating all the vendors and their contact numbers will be given to all the students. Even if the vendors don't turn up, you can still contact them.

The school buses will fetch your DC home after the enrichment classes/ECCA. $4 per trip (hope no increase next year!).
We're considering after-school care to take care of the logistics of having enrichment classes. -

Hi parents, my ger was just successfully balloted in on Friday!

Can I check w the existing parents is there a need to send kids to enrichment classes like TLL when she starts sch?
Any parents w kids that actually manage to cope w the sch work without much external help , just parental guidance except maybe upper primary?
Any advice for new parents of nyps?
TIA for any valuable input! -

He charges on per trip basis which is definitely cheaper than monthly fare of $20 for a student who stays back only once a week. In fact, P1/P2 ECCA is around 10-12 lessons per semester only.
