We will move in from overseas in January. Kid will be eligible for P1 2020. Us being overseas means no volunteering possible. Anyone has any stats on 2C entries for SC? I heard that SC given priority over foreigner and PR. IS that true? No offence, just factual question.

My husband's friend said alps got a good principle, new school with new facilities. rvps has a condo project going on right next to its campus which could take 3-4 years to complete(Avenir?), i'm a bit worried about the noise and dust but my place is nearer to rvps.
Also struggling to decide which one i should go for...
