Just great to ses RVPS mums in this forum, does anyone know how many days we have accompany our kids for the first week? time is running short!!

Starting from myself:

my boy will be in 1(B) Kindness presumely- the names kinda confusing to me...

I plan to join the PSG for at least a year to find out how my DD is doing in school. She also keeps pushing me to join after seeing other PSG parents showing up in her classroom but not me. Today after the PSG meeting I went to see her eating in the canteen, she was really happy!

BTW, she seems to be closer to me now that I take her to school every day :love: . She used to take schoolbus with her little brother when she was in kindergarten.

Hi Minnie2004, I was at the PSG meeting on Fri as well.. and after that I got to see my boy hvg lunch. He was so happy to see me there Anyway, I plan to help out the school when I can. Just to get to know more abt this new environment and see Ds during his school days... I also looking fwd to bonding w my child n teacher as well!

For parents planning to join PSG, I strongly encourage you to do so. The joy on their faces when they see you in school is priceless. They are so proud of you being around that your kids will tell the whole class you are there. In addition, you will get to know their classmates so that you know who they are when they tell you "stories" them. Haha…

my P3 boy received his timetable last friday & since then the timetable has been amended 2x. My boy told me that teacher had told the class that its norm tat timetable is amended 2x & more. :shock:


i just find it strange that timetables are not finalised during the sch hol.... afterall, setting timetables is a yearly task which i'm sure the sch wld hv the experience to manage.... :siao:

Oh its great to know that our boys share the same class, I don have much time to do the PGS, I do wish I have the time though....and I love to see the interaction both teacher and child...and parents aid as well.

I find it strange too, my boy came back on Friday told me that time table change again...from the previous time table, like wise thought time table should be schedule during school holidays to avoid disruptions... I dont even know this coming Monday , to wear uniform with tie or PE Attire, so confusing...
