      June:
Oh yes babyJC, my DS came back late on Wed night, reach home only at 7.15pm which is later than usual. I asked him what happen he told there was a jam in school. Yesterday my DH and I went down to the school to pick him up and there were no cars park along the road entering the car park which causes the jam. Well yesterday we overheard a man arguing with the parking warrant, sigh..I guess early bird catches the worm. The school bus uncles reaches the carpark as early as 5.30pm.

The cars didn't move in the carpark for abt 5min on Wed. some of the parents are not considerable to park their car in the narrow road side. 😎

waterfall: Yes i know what you meant cos we ever got stuck along that narrow road cos the owner of the car simply left the car to pick up the kids and the cars kept coming from the opposite side and our lane simply won’t move! Sigh!

The other day when we got down, no cars parked along the narrow side cos there was a parking warrant standing there!

Hello...any Kong Hwa kids here living in Tampines area?

Just wondering how long is the sch bus journey to & from Tampines & school. Will the afternoon clsas kids need to leave very early, before proper lunch at home? 😢

I used to live in Pasir Ris area. The school bus would come around 11.45am so my DS had to take his lunch around 11am. The journey took 45 mins and he reached school around 12.30pm. Evening time he reached home around 7.30pm. Now it could be much faster bcos the school bus fetches less students than before.

When he was P2, we moved to the condo opposite the school. Now he is already in Sec 1. 

oh thanks for the info ycpang. I guess 11am is still not too bad. I have heard some need to take lunch at 10am+ !!

I was hoping to get an apartment nearer to KH but couldn’t find a satisfied one. In the end got one at East Coast but won’t be ready till mid next yr.

I graduated in 1976. I had the same form teacher as u. I rmb that Mdm Zhou was very strict. She hung a 懒惰虫 board as big as a A1 size on us if we forgot to pass up homework. Haha.
