RE: Fridge - Recommendation
Our 12year old Ariston just died on us. Promoters at few branches at Best Denki and Courts said Hitachi technology is more advanced than Pansonic, but one branch was having promotion for Panasonic and was strongly recommending it. we bought a Hitachi eventually. Hope it can last as long as the Ariston.

RE: Travel: United Kingdom - London
There are always so much to do and so little time for holidays. School going children might enjoy musicals, museums (the natural history museums and science centre are fun and interactively), London tower, guards changing, ducks and swans feeding at the countryside, steam train at Lake District etc.
We stayed at this B&B called Elvington at Cotswold area, and it turned out to be the best accommodation throughout our trip. The house was cosy, hosts were friendly, traditional breakfast was great (again the best throughout the trip). Price was reasonable as well.
We also stayed at a few Premier Inn at different locations - no frills, simple, affordable and clean. their early bird bookings can be quite attractive, but it is really very simple kind of accommodation, for those who just need a clean and safe place for overnight.
Lake District is beautiful and if you like nature and trails, 1-2 days will not be sufficient. For us, York is city-like and it was just a stopover between Lake District and Cambridge. The train museum is worth going though.

When the schools request for latest results or mid year exam results, is it SA1 results or combined CA1 and SA1?
