May I check, will the class position and level position be shown in the report book from P3 onwards? Thanks.
Heard this is a common practice across all schools. I heard the intention was not to demotivate child who are last few in levels. Also, we keep hearing MOE's push on holistic education iso academic only. -

We used sd mainly in P5 and P6 for estimated tscore computation.
The formula is as follows :
50+10*(actual results-mean)/Sd
Do it for every subject (except HCL) and add up the 4 subjects. -
Another forumner was asking about buying books from popular/ school bookshop.
Just got the booklist ytd and out of convenience, we wanted to get textbooks from popular so that dc can get the exercise book/school specific books from school bookshop. This saves us a trip back to school bookshop.
Was surprised to learn that popular offers 5% disc off textbooks for members so it’s actually cheaper than bookshop prices. -

Yes it was announced sometime ago actually. Heard the P6s had to do a farewell video, etc... so the younger ones found it \"hilarious\" to see their siblings on the video.
Yes, Mrs Tye has been around for many years. Personally, we still miss for Mrs Lim (ex-principal) who moved to Alexandra pri school last year. She has been a very supportive principal. She is always there at the pick up point to help out during rainy days. -
Just called the school and confirmed that tomorrow is a normal school day which ends at 6.20pm for pm session. For convenience, we can also buy books tomorrow from school bookshop since tomorrow is the last school day for the year. I’ve already bought those items with school logo from school bookshop today as there was no queue at all, will buy the textbooks from popular.
