Yes I must agree that she has high tolerance and is patient which is why she is very popular among the kids. She has shown disagreement with me that a teacher should not be fierce.surprised to hear complaints about ms S (now mdm S) as my understanding is she is a very popular teacher among the kids. she taught my boy art last year.

That tolerance which she has can also mean that a child can always try to push the limits and finally get punished by her. I feel this is unfair. With her slowness, my child was so bored in class and did other things to engage herself. So you can imagine what happened next?? -

Aiyo, how can she tell you to get external help? :?: I would have told her off if she said that to me!!!!! I was dead worried last yr with the last min (term 4) then they had writing I don't know how true is that? My son said sometimes whole day they did English and no maths? You have any idea of this? I wonder how the other parents feel besides us?
Ya, the sch also very strange, 3 pics writing for P1 hor. Btw, how you find the English prog? Welcome comments from other parents as well. I don't like them doing phonics and phonics again. My boy did phonics in K1 and and K2, don't you think they should focus on grammar etc now? Think must find out abt what other schs are doing 4 English. -
Yes it is true that she can’t handle 2 subjects in a day. If today is EL then no Math. If today is Math, it means no EL. It can be MA for 2 days then EL for the rest of the wk. I know that most of the time she is trying to catch up with the workload bcos half the time she is either away from school or busy managing the class.

Just to clarify.I've nothing against the FT of 2B personally and i don't need her to be fierce but she has to do her due diligence. This is my concern. I thot send my boy to MBS, good good sch but end up like that!

Thanks Chasingjelly, so confirmed she can’t handle 2 subjects in a day. As you understand, kids are afterall kids, is always better to verify facts with another parent.

Anyone here got into MBS via SBF?
If so can you pls share your experience how to join SBF,etc... I feel that this is not transparent like SHHK. I also wonder if SBF limits registration on any member can apply. I raised this because phase 2B since 2006 has been guaranteed. I am just amazed at how they control the number to match demand and supply perfectly. :?
