So far how is your son's exam preparation going on ?
Parents these days are equally stressed as our children.

Nice to know you thru here. Jiyou sometime call up Titus to double cfm some school things.
Not easy to get DS to sit down for study. Either stomach ache, need a pee or take a drink etc etc.

Is anyone's kids at Brilliant Student Care at Blk 838 JW ? Any comments ?
It is a student care cum tuition centre. I've heard comments about such centres whereby the teachers will not teach the students much unless they join their tuition programmes. Is it true ?
I'm quite keen at this centre but have some reservations becos of the comments i heard.

Two of his childmates are at Elite (opp Koufu). -
18 Nov, Fri is Juying admin day. Will the school be closed on this day?
I remember school was closed a day in Nov 2010, some thing like admin/promotion day for teacher. -
The school Admin day should be on 11 Nov as stated in the school calendar - pupils need not go to school that day

I am a stay home mum. I had quit my job when my elder one went to Pri one as I had problems w maid.....now I had 4 kids at home. so I am doing some baby sitting at home. If anyone of u need help in student care can let me know..... I am staying at St 61 :imcool: -
By the way…school bus increase by $15…up from $40 to $55… I have 2 kids its a huge $$$ some more during holidays still need to pay $$ and if have extra lesson/reminder need to pay $1.50 more. If my daughter have CCA, they don provide bus after 3.30pm…
Check w SBS they had monthly bus fare & its only $22+ and no limit on no. of rides in a month & 4 free MRT rides in a month…thinking of letting my kids take SBS bus… -
any1 know that y not every student will get involved on d TPM session on coming 15/11/11 for P1 student? i ever attend d 3 previous TPM session, but this end yr no nd to attend… rec’d report book will do, isit so?

I’m also very confused. According to JY website, on 15-Nov there will be MTP for P1-P5 but the school did not give any notice to parents. So i assume there wont be any on 15-Nov. Am i right?
