I also never heard about such practical test before. But what I did was just draw her some curve lines and ask her to use a string to measure the length. Just make sure they know how to measure any items given to them

Last Thursday, DD1 brought back a form to fill up for Phase 1. It looks similar to the official form we submitted during DD1's time. Below the form, there is a section for official comments on distance of school from home.. We have returned the signed form on Friday.

Looks like we are one step closer to finalizing the registration. U too right?

Yups, DS1 brought back the pink n white forms. Yes, we are one step away from registering their siblings.

Hello mummies!


I received an email today from Rulang to fill up another set of forms for the 2013 intake for PV. Up to date, around 250 applicants and counting as the last closing date is 30 June. Questions on the form is giving me a headache! Feels like we are applying for a high rank post..hehe. We will be called up for an interview. I am not sure if I am shortlisted as one of the many to fill the form and went for the interview OR all applicants (250 and more!) will go thru the same process then final selection to 20 in Sept. I was thinking if I should skip this tedious process and just try my luck putting my son's name next yr and risk the balloting. Since the govt announced that citizens are given priority, maybe better chances? I stayed within 1.7km. :frustrated:

I did PV for Rulang in 2008 so that my DS can get into Rulang. All of the applicants will have fill up those forms, and all will be interviewed. After the interview, another set of forms to fill and submit, and then you wait to see if you will be selected. In 2011, i think they only accepted 20 PVs, out of the so many applications.

You need to collect the form from General office to fill up.
