I recieved a call from Tong Tar Transport that we have to pay the Dec Bus fee ?

They did not operate last year , why they are taking the Dec fee

Did any parent question the transport company over this ?

Yes, They requested for Dec 2013 payment. I am just wondering if this is the practice ?


Previously it was from another operator so my thinking is that the current operator should not be asking for payment for Dec since they are not operating during that period.

I just spoke to the bus auntie in charge of my kids' bus. She confirmed that it's for Dec 2014.
