Anyone can advice where the school bus pick up point and time at Boon Lay place?

My girl is in P1 this year. For her year, everyone got a confirmed space (within 1 km), so my husband was a bit puzzled to see parent volunteers this year.
We registered for student care during phase 2C and we managed to get a space in the student care centre (NASCAN) within Shuqun. Student care within the vicinity is really, really popular since Shuqun and Rulang is so close to each other. Do find out or register as early as possible. There’s Graceland at 517 and Lakeside at 514.
Workload wise, I thought it’s ok. My daughter usually completes her homework in student care. Except for some Chinese activity where they need parent’s inputs (e.g. favourite festival/food), then she’ll bring it home. It’s also mainly because her childcare taught her p1 concepts previously, so she’s doing ok. -
Hihi Mummy.y, how are the facilitators at Nascan SQPS? Do they supervise the students with their homework? Thinking of sending my kid there when he starts school.

三年级理解问答分析：
开学的第一天，就有一个同学迟到了。那个同学对我说：“在假期里，我已经习惯了晚睡晚起，而且闹钟正好没有电了，所以我才迟到。”我听了，心中闪出一个想法：要是我能做出一种像人一样聪明的小闹钟，那该多好呀！
我做的小闹钟，除了会发出响亮的声音准时叫醒主人外，还会提醒主人给它充电。
我做的小闹钟还可以在不同的时间发出不同颜色的亮光。到了晚上，我做的小闹钟还会轻轻地唱歌，帮助小主人睡个好觉。
我相信我的这个梦想一定会实现的。现在我只要努力学好各门功课，在不远的将来我就能做出这种闹钟。
问题如下：
1. 文中形容“尽量用力”的词语是?
2. 发生了什么事让作者想要做一种聪明的小闹钟？
3. 写出作者想做的小闹钟两个特别的地方。
4. 作者认为要怎么做他就能实现梦想？
仿写与扩写
5. 使用句式“一……就……”，仿照下列例句写一个句子。
例：我放学一回到家，妈妈就会叫我去冲凉。
6. 在下面句子里两个地方加上适当的词语或短语，完成扩写。

分析：
在第一个题目中，往往意思会带出词语，就算有的时候题目没有显示出词语，但是给出的意思中一定有某个字和所要求写的词语中某个字是近义词。说来说去，对于词汇量大的学生做起这个题目相对容易。但是有一点要强调，如果在你读完全篇的时候，你头脑中大概会懂每段在讲什么，那么你只从那一段来找，是不是更容易些？所以在读的时候，一定不要马马虎虎，就算略读，也要大概明白每个段落的意思。
整篇短文的意思就是在讲作者的一个梦想，而第一段就是引出为什么他有这个梦想，接下来的三段是他如何实现这个梦想。根据“尽量用力”的字面意思，我们应该能猜测出和“尽力”有关，或者和“力”有关，但是文中并没有出现“尽力”，那么和尽力意思相近的词语只有“努力”，表示自己尽自己的全力去读书，有用功的意思。
第二题中，我们可以使用上推法来进行，就是先根据问题推出最近的答案，再一层层往上推，直到无法推的时候，再反过来写出来，就是正确的答案，这样保证不会漏掉某一小点。例如：什么事让作者想做聪明的小闹钟？那么最直接的答案就是跟小闹钟有关，因为同学的小闹钟没电了，而且他假期已经习惯了晚睡晚起，闹钟对他来说很重要。再往上推，同学闹钟没电导致的结果是什么？就是他迟到了。好，从这里开始已经不用再往上推了，我们把答案顺下来就好了，那就是：开学的第一天，有一个同学迟到了，他说他已经习惯了晚睡晚起，而且闹钟正好没有电了。
第三题中，从文中第二和第三段找最合适，因为我们读全文的时候已经分析出后三段是如何实现梦想，而中间两段就是在说实现梦想的具体做法，也就是制作什么样的小闹钟，小闹钟的特点也在其中了。
它还会提醒主人给它充电。
它可以在不同的时间发出不同颜色的亮光。
它会轻轻地唱歌，帮助小主人睡个好觉。
当然，以上三点只需要写两点就好，因为问的是两个特别的地方。
第四题中，作者的想法往往是结尾的畅想，也是自己对未来的肯定。根据短文的内容可以看到作者说的话：他认为只要学好各门功课，在不远的将来他就能做出像人一样聪明的闹钟。
第五题仿写句子中，要用到“一…就…"，但是不要用到文中的句子，这个句子是你自己造的。例如：我一见老师走进课室，就会立刻站起来。
第六题中，完成扩写也是在为作文能写出丰富的句子而做准备，可以在人物和动作前面都加入修饰的词语，例如：背着书包的小丽慢慢地走回家。如果孩子的词语积累的多了，也可以使用“慢吞吞”、“连蹦带跳”等等，前面自然可以加“笑容满面”、“神采奕奕”等，当然，随着课文字词的增加，这些句子每个孩子都可以写出来的。

Hello! Decided to register my son for Shuqun phase 2C in a few months. We live within 1km, hoping no need to ballot (fingers crossed).

Just register to Shuqun Primary today under PHASE 1 under 1km. So want to know more about this school. As I experience a female teacher yelling cum scolding toward a group of 5-6 primary 4 students when assembling after recess. Personally don’t fancy such behaviour from a teacher because she does that just at the back of the assembly place which other students (P1,P4) is looking at them. I used to experience such “embarrassing” when I was in Secondary so I wonder could it be very common in Shuqun now?

Hi, I would like to know how’s the school environment? Teachers? I plan to register my boy for next year P1. Other than Rulang, which is the better school in Jurong West?
