West Grove Primary

Hi dreamz,
Not sure about that. But my DD kept on telling mr that the top best class is 3H and there is no 3I etc..
You may be correct
I am a working mother and do not get much time to meet the form teacher or principal. That's why I look for help and advise from other parents.. -
Hi dreamz,
According to my P6 son, there are 10 classes for P6.
But understand that West Grove has decreased their P1 intake gradually over the years as they have to convert to one session.
So I believe P3 class will left 8 classes next year and that means their top class might be different. Since mother777 DD mention she will be going to top class, 3H, so H is still the top class.
Sorry, I’m a working mum too! I did not meet up with the principal too! -
I know this year best class is 3H, 3G & 3F.

No worry!
Today last day of school, she will get her report book.

Received DD’s report card yday, she has got 93 in all subject (that was a surprise!!).
Was reviewing the booklist and found that 3H has additional maths and science book!
The book store will start selling books from next week as such… -
My DD go to 3F next year.
Go through her English and chinese paper 2, she made some careless mistakes but managed to get more than 90%, but after including paper 1, oral & listening, her score less than 90%.
hai...think her marks were pulled down by Paper 1.
Have to train her in compo writing starting this school holiday.... :nunchuk: -
I completely understand.
Good point you highlighted about paper 1, I have to concentrate on compo also for both english and chinese these holidays…
silly and careless mistakes is also a killer…my DD also loose few marks due to these types of mistakes…
Also her chinese handwriting needs improvement, already reminded her about this as she will loose marks due to illegible characters…
maths needs some improvement in concept understanding also…she is quite poor in shapes, lines and surfaces…
hopefully…our kids can improve further thru hardwork…just keeping my finger crossed for getting good form and subject teachers… -
Hi mother777,
I know your DD.
She ever waited for my DD to walk home together when they were in same group in CL class and I ever bought her ice-cream once. I was really surprised then that she’s in top chinese class even she’s a indian. Do you mean you also know Chinese and you teach her Chinese? If so, WOW!
