I think those < 1km are safe. The ones need to worry are those 1-2km and >2km. Tmr will have a clearer pic, how many <1km, 1-2km and >2km.

According to the stats the school provided to my wife yesterday.

Total eligible for P2B: 40 PV, 10 Clan, 10 Grassroots.

So if there are at least 7 among the eligible not registering, then there will not be any balloting.

Just called up the school and was told that there is no balloting for phase 2B. 50 has been registered under this phase.
