My girl is also in P1 Love and i saw the time table yesterday. But can someone tell me what is FTGP?

Also during days that there are PE, can she wear the PE shorts to school or still must wear the uniform and change to the shorts later?

FTGP - Form Teacher Guidance Period

        Form Teacher Guidance Period (FTGP)
Also in line with PERI recommendations, the school will introduce the Form Teacher Guidance Period from P1 to P6 in 2011. FTGP serves as an additional platform for Form Teachers to build better rapport with the pupils so as to enable them to identify the needs of the pupils and provide better support for them. The teachers undergo training to equip them with the skills and resources for them to carry out class-based activities that will better support the development of pupils’ social-emotional competencies. Through FTGP, pupils will have a more structured environment for class and peer interaction, understanding of their emotions and needs and more conversations with their teachers. We hope that with the new structure in place our pupils will grow to be individuals who are confident and having the resilience to overcome future challenges and achieve success.

Thanks chloecube! Will just have to wait then.

Teacher collected all the books we were told to bring on first day and some files. But first day, we weren't told to bring exercise books? So was also wondering when to bring them.
yup, i was a little KS, 😓 so ask her to bring a few

i saw some female students wearing just the PE short (w/o the skirt) to school
so i intend to do the same, wearing short and skirt can be too cumbersome for her.

Hello mummies.. Yesterday I spoke to son's teacher, she mentioned to bring the \"A\" workbook bit by bit to school this week and she will collect the books when they bring.

My son got home at 2.30pm today. A lot better than yesterday. 🙂

Hi chloecube, my ds is in 1 kindness. I just receive the timetable, no letter , so I just pack those books accordingly. the bag is so heavy.

Hi musings, may have to ask the form teacher for the timetable if you still didnt receive by end if this week because it was distributed on the first day to those pupils who had the handbook. Probably that’s why I didn’t have any letter because I only bought the handbook on the first day and I went up to request for the timetable amidst the first day chaos.
