Mommies, would like to check with you...does any of your child complain of insufficient time to eat during recess? I was told by my gal, they need to stay back and finish homework in class and go for recess only after they have finished?

My ds didn't say anything with regards to the above, but then again, he's never motivated by food. :stupid: l

ast nite though, he told me that he finished his cookies that we packed for him, and since he's a extremely slow eater, i would assume that time is still enough. :lol:

Want to know do you guys ask your child to bring all (except 1B) their chinese and english stuffs? Eg Word Bank, Picture Dictionary, Chin char cards, Chin storybooks with CD of zoo? Got my gal to bring them all last week but decided to take it off this week since bag too heavy. No complaints from teacher or her so far. :?

Sad to have missed the meet up last Sat. But am sure we saw each other.

I only pack the chinese and maths textbooks in my ds bag. Arts, music books would be according to the timetable given. so far, weight quite managable for my skinny boy.

My dd and I will pack according to timetable. The teacher had taken and kept the zoo Chinese storybooks with CD yesterday.

they also took the listening compre books 1 and 2. usually they will be told to write what they need or hw in their handbook. I check it daily.


Any parents letting their kids take school bus? I am going back to work soon and putting her on school bus.
