suggest you to register earlier as the last time I asked, they told me they have too many PV. No need liao..
so better ask early if they need or not, then you can make other plans.

is there anyway to be SHHK member but i am not hokkien in my IC :sad:

Either your partner or urself must be Hokkien. Must be indicated in the IC and BC. Then can apply for SHHK member.
