DS' P1 teacher chat abt Ds' performance & behaviour, went thru some of the rubics observation to reinforce her pt. Some exchange of ideas & all over in 5min.

There are 2 colours form for meet the parent sessions. Anyone has any idea what is the pink colour form?

My p3 son received a blue form and my p1 daughter received a pink form. My p3 son told me that pink form is an identified student that needs improvement. He went and told his sister to work harder. Not sure what my son said is true or not.

For P1, I was told Pink is for those who need to meet teacher (due to some issues that teacher would like to feedback to parents), while blue form is optional for parents (for parents who would like to meet teachers). I believe there is some difference, does pink form states the subject/name of teacher to meet? Initially I thought it meant different time slot but it appears not true as there are pink ones who are scheduled for 8am and there are also pink ones scheduled for 10.30am.

Think this yr's session is not compulsory due to shortage of time, hence not all parents are required to meet teachers if there's no particular issue.

Regarding the rumors about the P, can just check with ex teachers or anyone from moe HQ. You will get lots of stories. Or can also check out staffs’ Facebook. U will see " warriors" and " devil" stories. Current teachers dare not say too much cos their Ranking in school is at stake.
The school lost their " centre of excellence- Chinese"? Mr Ren, Mr Kelvin Wong , Mr Gene Lim, senior teacher Ms Linda also resigned. Heard more are leaving… Even a few non teaching staffs left.

My elder girl has the pink form. It was stated that we need to meet the english teacher. But her english always got about 18-19 marks out of 20. I thought it was consider quite good. Haha. Just hope that it is not behavioural issues.

Oh dear....didnt know that so many teachers had left. Hope that it would affect the standard of the school.
