Yep! Scan and private message me can??I would think that if tick in 2nd box means 2 out of 4 marks for the component.
Then overall, worked into the 5% weightage.
There is only one more component, which is Chinese 'listening'.
That one is 'ongoing'. So, I think they will not return that one. That assessment sheet didn't mention anything about ting xie being weighted leh.
There were just 4 parts. Listening, recitation, oral/picture discription and written assessment.
U want me to scan and email u my copy? -
Sure! Tonight ok?

Anyone staying at punggol in st gabriel’s? Does the school bus have extended service for students staying back for cca or extra classes?
Thanks! -
Hi mummies,
Can advise on how is the school? How are the teachers and does the school focus on both academy and moral value? Will be registering my son for P1 in Jul and would like to have more info as I notice that the total number of vacancy for P1 has dropped quite a far bit for the past 2 - 3 years.
Thank you. -
Hi Ilim,
It’s quite a relaxed school in the academic aspect. As for the school cohort size, I think it’s happening in most schools. Vacancies get lesser so the student teacher ratio is better. It’s balanced by new vacancies in newly built primary schools. -
Hi wenthena,
Thanks for your reply, am glad to hear that it’s quite relaxed on the academic aspect cos I do not wish to have my son been stressful in such environment and been a catholic I do hope that he will be given the right value in a missionary school besides academy. Registration is on 19 Jul, hopefully all things goes well and have to register him for the student care in Morning Star too. -
Honestly speaking, I don’t see much Catholic values being impressed upon on the students. Spoke to the sister managing the little chapel that it is MOE’s guideline to make all public school as secular as possible to cater all different students. In fact, on the first day I was surprised to find a large number of non Catholic students.
As for the academic emphasis, if there’s what u want, then this school is a perfect fit, but I hope u do not back track n start to be worried n concerned when yr kid comes back with less than desired results as I have observed from the forum.
The saving grace is that the school has very strict discipline master n mistress whom I have spoken to pertaining to some disciplinary matters of my son’s classmate.
Cheers! -
Any P1 loyalty parents here?
