Not for my DS, most books are kept by teachers. Stuff he brings back are usually files and 2-3 textbooks (now bringing CL text and Yun Yu text)?

Btw, it feels strange that Maths textbook is kept by teacher too. How do we know what they are learning apart from bringing Maths workbooks back to do on some days?

Yes! Mine are all heavier. Need to bring both Chinese textbook, Math coursebook. Nowadays, one of the 2 Math activity books are back almost everyday. Looks like they are rushing to complete the exercises. YunYu activity book is also back someday. Each files (yellow, red, papa, etc) are thicker. Unlike in Jan where my DSs carry their own bags, I have been carrying for them nowadays. I can't tahan already - worst than buying 10kg rice from supermarket.

Your DSs got bring back Maths textbook? Mine didnt bring Yun Yu workbook to school yet, teacher didnt ask. HW has dropped compared to beginning of term and EL files can keep at home and we file worksheets when its returned. Teacher said when she needs to check the files, she will ask the class to bring to school.

Both 1E + 1H done the YunYu activity book, chap 2. I have no time to go thru the YunYu textbook with my DSs yet bec I everyday busy abt 3 things - maths activity book, spelling and chinese test. One week past so fast! Today, 1H is to submit shaping math 1A part 2. I don't know why they are rushing math. My poor DS3 having difficulty catching up - crying why he have so much homework. So, I make it that Sunday is a no-homework-day to everyone (including me) to get a break.

My DS1 hardly have homework bec he finishes them in the class. So his bag is generally lighter than his brothers. No homework, he also complaint bec he don't want to play alone. He simply don't know what to play without his brothers company. So, everyday, everyone is complainting! 😢

                        Hi mummies

Do u time ur child when he or she does the homework? Coz it seems to me my DD spent extra long hour on homework and can be easily distracted too. I found out that yesterday she even could not finish homework before going to school. Haiz…

                        Hi aloyaloi, welcome!
