I’m new to this forum. Glad to find this forum, I gathered more information from all your postings than from the school website.

My boy is also going to P1 in Maris Stella tomorrow.
Really worried for him as he is a special need kid (he is autistic but high functioning), but what to do, there is a limited choice for him so we got to let him try mainstream education.

I also did not receive sms with regards to thermometer. The latest I receive is regarding the baby healthbook which we do not need to bring.

how u know p1 wear uniform on tue thu and pe attire other days? got sms frm sch? i din get the sms on thermometer

I thought that was mentioned during the orientation. There is no SMS sent on this.
Maybe any other P1 parents can help reconfirm this?

Did anyone pack food for recess? I was so excited… packed pizza for his recess today. DS said the queues in the canteen can be very long so he is happier with packed food (more time to play). I’ll sacrifice my sleep and pack food for him on alternate days.

By the way, for those students who have CCA after school and need to take school bus home, it will be $5 PER TRIP. If your DS CCA end earlier than other CCAs, he has to wait for the last CCA to end. I just found this out through the bus operator and school admin.

Thanks Bigfoot for the info. Wow, that's an extra $20 per month! Think I will go fetch him home myself after the CCA then. No point taking the school bus at 4.15pm then reach the student care at 5pm or later.

hi can anyone tell me the dismissal time on different days or where I can get the info? I only know today’s dismissal is at 1.15pm… still very blur as DS is my only child gg P1 this year

Mon and tues is 1.15pm
Other days 1.45pm

Can anyone confirm for p1, PE attire is worn on mon, we'd and thurs?

Think can refer to the timetable given out right? Wear PE tshirt on days with PE lessons??
