Btw , how do u prepare DS for their upcoming chinese test based on pg 1 -36 of their textbook..?? based on the format given..I go through the pages by making him read all the words & han yu pin yin..if not I'm not sure how to prepare him leh..

did your DSs also come back w speed & accuracy test 2 for parent's signature? according to the CA/SA memo, it should be week 9. so is there still a test in that week??

for chinese test, i did the same thing. asked DS to read the hypy and chinese characters in the textbook. i probably will also try to show him some pictures (e.g., a car) and ask him to write the hypy.

there was a letter about Toa Payoh Learning Journey. DS asked me to go with him, saying that parents can indicate if they want to go. Did any DSs mention that?

How do u mummies prepare your DS then??[/quote]like you, will go through and make him read. then randomly take out some chinese words to see if he knows which hanyu pinyin to link to. ds is very very very poor in chinese words :(...he told me he always 'switched off' in CL..*faint*

Zoji, can I check with you $20 is per subject for tuition? Wah, that very good value. In TLC I’m paying per mth $990 for tuition etc… Per mth $270 does it include the bus ride frm MSHSP to BSC? Are there other schools children there? How’s their behaviour? Sorry to ask you so many questions.
