      Hi parents,

great 2c tis thread being kept alive by next batch (2012) of P1 parents. 😉

FYI, we have juz rec'd a letter to inform us of the sch upgrading. It's no rumour now. MCS is due for upgrading from Nov 2012 to Dec 2014. :rahrah: No holding sch is required as MCS is expanding e plot of land which is currently in use by the student care ctr. E student care ctr will thus shift to e sch premises (even nearer than now, )

MCS will allocate a proper place for e student care ctr aft e upgrading.

Juz thot all new parents might b interested to noe. 😄

michyms, I supposed it has to be plain black. That was what I used to wear. Also remembered wearing black track shoes, and even pumps (shiny/matt). Anything goes, as long as it's black.

Not certain what now... Guess we'll find out more on 19 Nov 🙂

Black good. Daddy no need clean! If like last time for those of us who wore white canvas shoes in primary schools, there goes my Sundays!

I remember my grandfather using some white wash from bata to paint my white shoes every week!

Thanks for the update. As I'm totally clueless, may I know what is the student centre? Before-After care?

Yes, it's a before after student care (BASC).

My DD is there in e morn for b'fast/lunch, supervision of homework, enrichment etc & walks over to sch slightly b4 assembly time. During CCA days, she will walk to sch earlier for her CCA & goes back to e ctr for lunch b4 walking back to sch for assembly. 😄

                    Hi cantbearit2,

:hugs: Long time no chat. I've been super busy so haven't been to KSP for months. How have you been? I'm sure your DD has assimilated well in MCS.

Ya, great to receive confirmation on the sch's plans for PRIME. I'm glad we don't need to move to another sch. Hopefully, it won't be too dusty and noisy for our gals.

So glad to see u back. Was wondering where is our marymount guru gone to…

Yeah, it’s a relief to know we don’t have to move.
