I was told that P1 and P2 will be in the afternoon session next year. They will be moving to holding school in 2015 and 2016. Thus, it is not known at this stage if P2 will still be in the afternoon session in 2015. This was what the admin advised. Can someone let me know if it is true p1 n p2 are in the afternoon?
If so, what's the time like ?
As for the school hours, if I remember correctly, the afternoon session is from 12.30pm to 6.30pm and Friday ends early at 5.30pm. Maybe the parents with DDs in Marymount Convent can help to verify. -

Do you have any idea where will be the holding school in 2015?

I was quoted this evening for $195 for 2 ways from Sembawang to Marymount and back for next year 2014 bus transport rate.
Your DD P1?lala81:
I'm not sure about yours but mine will pickup from my blk. Charges for Sembawang is $185. I didn't let my child take school bus cos not worth. Drive her to school instead.
My DD in MCS, she takes the school bus (van) and we stay Sembawang too.
Quite surprise many here have child going to MCS which is considered quite far.

If I'm not wrong, it will be at the former First Toa Payoh Primary School from Jan 2015 to Dec 2016. -

Shower dinner got time to do Hw n revise meh?
Even if wake up early next day say 9am, also quite rush isn’t it. -

I also agree that time utilisation for pm session is not very efficient. When my DS was in the pm session, after shower and dinner, he usually does HW and revision till about 9 to 10pm.
On the other hand, it is good for kids who are not early risers. I dread the thought that I have to wake DD up at 6am next year should she be in am session. -
Publica so Marymount has pm session for p1 n 2 only?
The rest is am session?
Tpy lor 1, the one nearby Philips office?
I think it’s going to be difficult to manage for pm.
My kids currently goes for enrichment class weekdays afternoon.
If she studies pm then means have to forego that day enrichment to night time.
Undecided. -

Yes, I agree that it is difficult to arrange enrichment on weekdays for pm session, unless the class can be arranged in the morning or later at night.
Continue to monitor the vacancies till the third day before you make your decision. All the best!
