Think there is a study room on ground level and another upstairs...(according to my girl)... My girl has been to the one on the ground floor to do her work while waiting for me to pick her up.Hi mummies
May i know where are the possible places the kids can go to do their homework after school/lunch and before they go to their next activity?
Library? Or some sort of study area/room? -
May I ask what is Academic Support?

Just to check with the mommies here, for science group tution, do you all have any experience with these two tution centres?
Mind Stretcher
Just Education
What’s your reviews on these two tution centres?

Hi, I was from Mind Stretcher Science and Math last year. I don’t find the Science particularly helpful, but the Math had challenging problems, so it did help a little.
If your child is in P5/6, I recommend Perceptum (for both math and Science).
Mrs Sim’s teaching for Science is very helpful. I haven’t tried the Math though, but I’m doing Sec 1 Math there now. -

There are quite a few places.
1.the study area. The ground level is for P1-4(it’s opposite the library), while the second level(next to the staff room) is for P5-6.
2. The library. There are seats at the back and some tables in front.
3. The gallery (some steps:they look like spec stand steps). It’s opposite popular.
4. Canteen, but it’ll get really hot sometimes.
5. The garden with the 亭子 behind the NSH. I went there for project work with my friends during P4.
6. The back gate, near the hawker. There are tables there. After about around 1/2h after dismissal time, the tables will be mostly empty.
7. The benches and tables outside the library, but I’ve personally never used them before.
Hope this helps:) -
Academic Support is remedials. The teacher will ask your child to stay back for them if they feel that your child is weak in that subject. However, when your child is in p6, your child’s whole class might have to go for remedials, especially before PSLE. All of us in 6A last year had to go for Science and English remedials.

Any idea what is this "Booklet K" about? It was stated in the examination matters notification (for P3) that "it is part of the assessment given to the pupils of the different levels since 2002".

Booklet K is databank of exams questions collated by PCPS. This booklet k will not be released to parents. Hence, you will not get to see what are the questions in booklet k. Your child will only bring home the marks for booklet k. They will only do the corrections for booklet k in school. In other words, these questions are never revealed to the public since past years papers are easily available now.
