My DD1 is in P1 this yr. Time flies..its coming to end of term 4 soon.

DD1 is coping well and enjoying herself very much in school.

Yes, P1 and 2 are in afternoon session. From what I understand, the earliest they are able to go into single session is 2013.

Tks for the reply…where did you learn about the news that the earliest they can gp single session in 2013? Can’t find that on MOE website…P1 doesn’t seem ideal to be in the afternoon as some of them may just be skipping their afternoon naps hor…

What is Stellar program? Are they using story books for Stellar program?

Can any parents whose child are in P1 now explain what the P1 Admin Day is about. It seems that there is no schedule given. And that we have to complete the necessary forms to be handled in on that day, purchase uniform, books and there is a Raise-a-reader’s workshop for parents only. Wonder where should we put the child while we attend the workshop.

If I don’t remember wrongly, admin day is for parents only. You’ll fill in and hand in all the necessary forms, get uniform and books on that day.


Stellar programme - no "text books" as such for Eng as they use a specific set of Eng story books and have a "workbook" based on each book.
