Hi, I applied for St Andrews PV but received email that they decided to discontinue this due to COVID-19. Other options under Phase 2B are church affiliation or grassroots, I have neither. So my only option if I still want St Andrews is Phase 2C. Looking at past balloting history, Phase 2C seems quite ok?


But for next year’s P1 registration, it may be tricky since those who can’t register under Phase 2B will try under 2C?

Any thoughts on this?

Also, I have a question, my husband is Catholic. Can I use his baptism cert to register for a Catholic school under Phase 2B then if unsuccessful, as we don’t live within 1km of any Catholic schools, can we then try for St Andrews under Phase 2C?

Does anyone has the breakdown of past balloting history for Phase 2C for SC e.g. <1km, 1-2km, >2km for number of applicants percentage?

I suggest you quickly call the school to check on the stats, rather than wait here. Today is the last day. Of coz, it would be great if you get the info, post it here.

Called the Sch , within 1km still have hope . Fingers crossed 🤞 for the next few hours. It’s scary ! My mind not in peace after looking at the updated Nos applied this morning . Aiya This system drive me crazy .

still have hope means? balloting now at 1-2km? do you have the numbers?
