Aiya, just wait for a few more months and back here to confirm if Innovative is indeed the best class. Only those have 12/12 good & V good during screening are in this class so you say is this the best class or it could be the best over prepared class.

How did u know all pupils in Innovative got 12/12 V Good/Good? This is interesting because I saw some perfect results in some other class too
Hi Mummies,
just curious, is it been confirmed p1 inno is the best class ?
I saw 1 loy has some perfect score in the SA1.

        hi Jenny

Did I really said that? I don’t think I said that and I do not know if Innovative has got perfect score.

Apologies if I "really said that" as that post could have been made by my hubby using my moniker (but I would be indeed surprised if my hubby knew!)

Anyway, no point dwelling about this, we should all be forward looking and results will speak for themselves at year end (when standard results are known)
yes, it can be quite stressful, top class can be quite competitive. streaming into top class starts from P3. my daughter is in P2 and son in P4 this year. I would advise everyone to use P1 and P2 to build up their foundation. P1 and P2 are easy. It gets tougher after every year thereafter. It also depends on the form teacher. My kids are in the good class so no compalint on the teacher but can't say for other class. it is not easy. we are struggling to keep up. we have to study together with them................I don't really believe in tuition initially but we have no choice as we are both working...........struggling to find good tutors too. anyone has good recommendations??

          Jeanette,

How do we know whether our kids are in good class? Anyway to find out? My girl will only attend P1 next year and I am not sure whether my girl's class is good or not. How to judge?

For lower Primary, parents involvement in coaching is inevitable if we want our kids to do well. Even if we engage a tutor for our kids, as a parent, we should be involved in monitoring their work too. And like you said, study with them which I am doing right now and can be quite stressful as I have already return most of my knowledge back to my teachers....:)

Next year Chongfu P1 best class would be Innovative  😂
Imp75, U did not make that remark.

It was posted by Kidsplay who mentioned that Innovation would be the best class....

          Cheers!!!

hi, may i enquire waz meant by 12/12 Good&Vgood? is it related to the ‘test’ conducted in aug2010 after the kids regi for P1 in 2010? if it is, then i have seen quite a number of 12/12 goodVgood peppered all over the classes, and one of the kid in loyal who has perfect Vgood.

i will appreciate if you will spend some time to claify my doubts. thank you.

Imp75, I know u tried hard to clarify who had said that, and u did not...the system alignment might hv out when 'quote:\"...it's just kiasu parents wanted to know if Inv and Loy are indeed a better class..ok shall not dwell on this... Anyway you kid did very well in SA1, believe you hard works paid off...keep going...

Do I know you through my girl?
Anyway, results are relative, it is a matter of what you compare the results to and whether that satisfies your pre-set criterias? My kid did so-so only, could have done better, in my opinion, but for now, we have to work on her weaknesses!
