I'm planning to make a trip to CKC soon. May I know how many sets of uniforms should we buy / have you bought? What about PE attire? How many sets of PE attire to buy? Do they wear their PE attire the whole day, or are they required to change back to their school uniforms after PE lessons & interest group sessions?

for those days with PE or interest groups, they wear their PE attire for the whole day. girls need to wear their skirts over their PE shorts, and change back to skirts when the PE is over.

Went to CKC. No stock for my DD's shoe size. Went to Bata. Sales assistant said Chongfu only allows the shoe design with 2 Velcro straps. Is that true? :?

that's what we were told during orientation. but we did see some students with shoelace type white shoes. I guess if they are standard white shoes should be OK. school did mention not to have branded shoes which I thought was a good gesture to nurture proper values in students.

velcro type would be easy if tying shoe lace is difficult, especially for the younger ones like the P1s.

Sigh...the problem was that teacher talked a little too quickly for me so I can't remember what she said. The handbook says only shoes from CKC or Bata are allowed. The Bata salesperson said only 1 design allowed, the 2-strap Velcro one, and she showed me 2 brands only, Power & B.first. So I ended up buying one of them. Hope I got it right. Dun wan my DD to get scolded on the 1st day of school.
