Ironically, I do not have a primary school even within 2km for my boy.

The nearest is HGS though. My primary school is Yu Neng. Which is quite far
from Geylang Serai. My ideal school is Kong Hwa though.

Any kind soul can shed some light?

for Kong Hwa Phase 2C - you need to be within 1 km, to ballot for chance.
Haig Girls is \"All Girls\" school - your son can't go.

go back to Yu Neng - your alma mater (Phase 2A)
ring up Yu Neng school bus driver - find out how long travelling time to pick up your son from your home in Geylang Serai.
