Yes. Tried calling a no of them but no takers for delivery in Bt Timah. They will ask for yr postal code and next, telling that they do not service the area. I did ask Select before and apparently, they declined. Wonder if they are more open to delivery this area.

        Jennifer,

I'm continuing with tingkat...yes, food may not be that great all the time, but it still beats cracking our brains over what to cook, mopping and cleaning up.
Btw, I am changing my 'package' back to 4 dishes...the soup is too diluted.
Don't know if other families have been changing as often as me
4 dishes to 3 dishes+1 soup and back to 4 dishes after 1 month.

I am looking for one, just too tired to prepare/cook dinner after work.

Any recommendation that is in the reasonable range, please?
          Thanks.

How much is the Select one you have? I’m considering ordering Tingkat 'cos very troublesome to cook or eat out… Driving me nuts already.

About $300+ for 3 people, bcos we opted for 'deluxe'...cooking own rice. Portions are quite big...prob is if we reduce to 2 people, it will not be sufficient. Actually 4 dishes are too much, 3 dishes would be just nice.

Am looking into ordering tingkat… but DS is allergic to MSG. Does Select’s tingkat have MSG?

Surprisingly, I don't feel thirsty after eating dinner.
Usually I am the first one to complain when I taste food which has MSG.

But I find it funny that Select like to use black beans a lot...fish, chicken or pork. Sometimes, the taste just don't appeal.

That's good feedback.. I would have to give it a try and c if DS can take it..

Hmm.. black beans ah.. weird.. :scratchhead:

What's the difference btw the 'Economy' and 'Deluxe' menu besides the price difference?

Deluxe a bit more ex…maybe food given for deluxe menu is better? had salmon.

I cook own rice except Tuesdays bcos I get food like chicken rice, fried bee hoon, pineapple rice. Portions for 3 people quite a lot…like what justfunsg mentioned, if reduced to 2, then it becomes insufficient. Honestly, 4 dishes is too much.

The black beans used is rather strange…not all food go well with it.
