How about setting up a Workshop on how to mitigate these unfair practices which to many are unfair, but to those who subscribes to them are those who are able to exploit the MOE procedures? After so many years, it is difficult to understand how MOE can allow such practices to carry on. Is it so difficult to have a level playing field for all?

Your daughter from SCGS to GEP school. Is GEP better? Just to get your opinion. I understand the child must be top student in primary 3 than the parents can opt for transfer to any of the `nine GEP schools'. You must be a proud mother to have a daughter who is gifted. As you quoted she \"kicked\" herself out by getting into gep from SCGS. -
Must pass the ge exam to get intosary ge
programe. Not necessary top student will
get into the ge programme
