I think there will be balloting for ACSP and SCGS within 1 km. Just march in and compete with them.

I don't think that's quite right.

For twins,

Option 1: you get only one balloting slip but with both names on it. If picked, both will get in.

Option 2: you get 2 balloting slips, each with the name of one of the twins. ONLY the slip that got picked will get a place in the school. The other twin will have to apply at a different school at a later phase.

SCGS <1km confirmed balloting. I called 20 mins ago and she mentioned that there are 44 kids already.
