Mine was 2B no balloting. I only got the letter about 1 week later. So give them time to sort out the administration. Call if you can't stand the suspense. Good luck!

I’m also wondering how long the balloting will take… haiz… should I go …

I 'die die' will go to witness the balloting process as mine is 3 in the afternoon (for CPS). It could be 5pm+ by the time it finished. And if many parents call & lines cant get thru then I would need to wait till next Mon to know the outcome... A week of waiting is already a torture!!!
