Initially I was wishing for Chongfu for my son. But looking at the stats, it will be awaste of time to apply. Wellington is right opposite his pcf kindergarten now, so come this week thurs, i’m just gonna walk right in, relaxed, and register. I’m even glad to learn the school doesnt get its vacancies all filled up. Sounds like there would be excess capacity and that may translate to better student-teacher ratio.
At least for me, distance is crucial for small kids like them. Any problem I can go to school in a short time. Also easy to help out if want too (i’m housewife)
No fuss is trying to get into good schools…can, can. Cannot, cannot.
Neighbour worked the volunteer hours to get dd into canberra. Later had to trf bc too much homework.
Point of it…relax. Lots of us were from neighbouhood schools and we came out fine. I’m not even sure my primary school is still around. My jc tutor advise us- parental involvement most impt in shaping our kids’ future.
Good luck to all 2005 parents! -

Good that you have made your decision.
Getting into a good school is only the beginning. Your child has a long path ahead and will need your guidance. -
well i didn’t do pv… i’m gonna give it a shot at canberra, if my dd nvr get in…
no worries… I will go to wellington.
not gonna stress over this… nor stress her out too…
I will be doing the online registration tmr.
As Inagaki mentioned, should have more parental involvement, I will be quitting nxt year to guide my dd.
Good luck dear parents… -
